My postal order arrived, where is the receipt?

We are paper free in our attempt to be as eco friendly as possible. You will have an email copy of your order and we will have it on our records also. It does not affect your consumer rights. On the reverse of your address is a packing confirmation order.

Examples of causes our profits support

It is directly reinvested back into the community. There are a number of ways we do this, with many more planned for the new year.

How do I hire a sling or nappies?

There are three options:

  1. Book a 1:1 with our specialist – book here
  2. Reserve online and collect from us – reserve here
  3. Drop in to The PoD for 15 minutes free advice from our peer supporters and hire while you’re there*

*You may need to wait if we are busy. Subject to availability.

I have made a reservation, now what?
  • You will receive an email when your reservation is ready
  • You need to have added your card details to your account and confirmed your email addres.
  • You will need to have paid for the hire 24 hours before collection or post.
